We received multiple bids and inspection from other companies and felt Vital Signs was "the one" to do the job.   From the moment I spoke to Jenny, every interaction with their team exemplifies their commitment to providing the highest level of service.
-Michael's inspection was the most thorough and informative of all.  He even had Chase (the owner) come over to offer his recommendations as well.  They took the time to explain our options based on the past treatment, current "damage" and even possible future threat from neighboring wood fencing.  
-Luis, Vincent and Terrell were prompt, professional and efficient.  They went out of their way to explain what they were going to do, offered suggestions and took us through a post-treatment walk-through to be sure we understood what was done.

If you're looking for pest control with exceptional value and Amazing service. Look no further !
We called Chase owner of Vital signs because we're getting ready to sell our home and we wanted termite inspection. Good news no termites in the house! Bad news ...our deck not only had termites, but the wood rot was so severe we were thinking of replacing the whole deck...
Here comes Chase and Vital Signs to the rescue ! First he rid us of any critters that shouldn't be living under the house... 
Then He thought of a plan that would replace the main support of the deck, remove and replace any boards, railings and stairs in question. His crew was exceptional! they were hard-working, precise and professional, and always left the job site, clean and organized for the next day. Chase also helped us choose stain colors, and brought in a choice painting crew, that did such a good job we decided we would have them paint our entire exterior of the house.

These gentleman were absolutely exceptional, in 2 visits- they did construction on in points and out points on a 100 year old home! Then, they rid of us all rodents within days! I've been living here for 20 years on the same estate when in LA, and have never seen service like this! They were inexpensive, and, they deserve to get paid what the others are charging x3. Anyone whom knows me, knows how picky I am. These guys went way and above and beyond that!  ( easily). If not more, and no I'm not related or friends with them. This is review is based on MERIT!

I can't say enough great things about this company. I interacted with three people, and they were all amazing!!
Chase - the owner, very responsive and did everything he could to make things right. Super flexible in accommodating both the inspection and treatment schedule, and following up afterward to ensure all is good.
Michael, the inspector, was super thorough and identified several things that the other companies didn't find out. He took his time to examine every detail, was very patient in answering all my questions, and was very careful about keeping things clean and organized. He put my stressful termite experience at ease!! 
Terrel - the technician, very knowledgeable and skillful, and went above and beyond. He took care of all the details and even did extra work to address my concerns and ensure the treatment was done right. (on top of answering my million questions) He is a very sweet and sincere person; you know he takes his job seriously and cares for his customers. I was mentally prepared to repaint the wall, but he is so good at patching them that the wall look flawless after he finished!
And as this is not good enough, their pricing and warranty were also by far the best among all the companies I've interviewed! I searched a few different companies before selecting Vital Signs Pest Control. From the first meeting I had with the representative of Vital Signs Pest Control, I felt assured that I was dealing with professionals. Since the initial service, (which was two weeks ago), I've reached out and requested additional traps to be set and the team was responsive and scheduled a visit for me immediately.  
I received the most professional service from service technician Cory!!  he worked his butt off without making me feel rushed!  He genuinely cared and addressed every concern I pointed out. After a thorough inspection to determine the root cause of the issue, he came back with the proper tools and fixed the issue.  Love working with Cory and would recommend Vital Signs Pest Control to anyone in need of professional service at a good rate!!

100% life savers! Had a nightmare experience with rodent-mites and dealt with Orkin and two other smaller pet companies who quoted me huge prices and the mites continued to return every couple weeks/months! Chase and his team were incredibly knowledgeable about this particular bug and the best course to treat and after only two treatments (that were HALF the price of the other companies) the bugs are gone for good! This company should be the standard for this industry. I do not write reviews often but I gave this company a try for my family home in Torrance for my elder parents in their 60's and they had new management. Not only was Chase patient but also gave them all information in detail and had great pricing. We had major problems and had other companies in the area help us years prior but once we found this company we really haven't had any seasonal issues as we had in previous years. After contacting SEVERAL companies, VitalSigns was the ONLY ONE to respond. Chase was AWESOMELY AMAZING. Totally chill attitude and a wonderful personality. Informative, patient, and answered EVERYTHING with a direct response. "No what ifs " "or should happen". Direct and specific to things that should get attention. Not demanding it be. We are happy to find a Small Business to support, as that's what helps the world go round. Humans being kind to humans.This man deserves a MORE THAN A REVIEW!
